There are various websites where you can buy US Gift Cards which you can then redeem on the US store and create an account without the need of a credit card. You then have full access to the US store. I haven't personally used it but this site is good, out of stock at the moment :( http://mikesay98.blogspot.com/

Maybe, Dirtbag frames dont seem to go for much though, 40's should be worth minimum £600, overall you'll probably make a 10%-20% Markup... There are better deal out there... (drus bike for instance for the investment, you will make more like a 30-40% profit for the investment of alot less money, you'll probably make a similar amount)

i got the bb fitted at c mitchells and i think they did it not sure tho almost certain it didnt come with a dent they shouldn't have fitted it if it did have a dent.The bikes running well though
